Is this a good resume?
I’m 19, with a pretty short resume. I’m just looking to improve it a little, as I did this myself as well as I could. Names, numbers, and addresses were obviously omitted.
If I want them to call my cell instead of my home, as I live between my dad and mom (mom’s info is on the resume), should I just keep out my home number?
I also dropped out of college (planning on a tech school next year) without any credits gained. Take that off?

The first thing you should put on is what your objective is. This lets employers now why you are applying.
You should also have things in point list form, like your skill. And I don’t know because there is no format, but make sure all the titles (experience, education, skills and references) are in bold or underlined. This way the resumer looks more organized. But dont do more than one (bold/italic/underline) or they can get confused.
Last thing, reorganize the order it is in, like: objective then skills, then ex[perience, than references. Remember that they read your resume in the order you give them and you want them to know your skills first so when they read your work history they can see how you applied those skills.
Good Luck!!

A good resume includes ‘Features’, Accomplishments’, and ‘Benefits’.
Features: what’s so good about you? What are your best attributes as they will pertain to the position you are interviewing for?
Accomplishments: for each employer, include an accomplishment, something you did that was recognized by your employer.
Benefits: What do YOU bring to this employer? What benefit will this employer realize for having you work for him/her?
You cell phone as your contact number is fine. Using your cell causes you to be more reachable.
Education: I would leave the "expected" or "anticipated" grad date. Who knows? You may go back and actually graduate near that date.
Hope this helps.
